At the Academy, gymnastics is core to a lot of what we learn. It's a great way to grow strength while becoming more flexible and to become more agile while also learning to be well-grounded. This dichotomy will push you to become more athletic in all aspects!

We're not a traditional gymnastics gym so our approach to teaching gymnastics is different as well. We believe gymnastics is a fun and challenging way to increase our overall athleticism. So, we incorporate it into many of our classes from our after school programs to our martial arts classes. However, our most gymnastics-focused classes where you can really improve your skills is our Jedi Warrior Training. Come learn to flip & fly with us!
Never walked on a gymnastics mat before? Usually prefer your feet to stay on the ground? No problem! Our instructors are great at providing individualized learning so you can progress at your own pace. We want to help everyone improve no matter where you start.
Did you do gymnastics as a kid and now you want to pick it back up? Or did you have to take some time away for an injury, but you're ready to get back at it? Our instructors will be there for you every step of the way. They'll figure out what skills you currently have and how to take them to the next level.
